Hole #2 – Along The River
A beautiful hole running alongside the Derwent River which runs along the right hand side of the hole. The fairway is generous enough for relatively straight hitters. If you suffer from a slice you could always bail out by aiming your drive for the rough on the left of the fairway. If the slice doesn’t happen and the ball ends up there this will leave an extremely difficult second shot into the green. Hitting the right spot on the left hand side of the fairway with your drive will gain you extra yards.
